Terms of Service
GENERAL TOS- Please be respectful !
- I reserve the right to display any finished commissions to my social media and portfolio.- I have the rights to stream and share my art’s progress. If you want to keep your commission private, it comes with an additional NDA fee.- Commissioners who post/use their commission online are required to credit back to me by putting my main twitter or instagram handle in the post. Credit to @zidoio if posted on toyhouse. You are NOT allowed to claim the commission as your work at any point.- AI/NFT use strictly prohibited.- I have the right to reject your order if I feel like I cannot execute it well.- Please let me know beforehand if you have a deadline. If time is really tight, rush fees may apply.

PAYMENT
- You may either choose to pay the full amount upfront or opt for a payment plan !- I currently accept payment plans for upto 4 months ! just specify in the form and i can split up your payment by milestones once the amount and percentage split is finalized :) Kindly note that there will be an upfront partial fee and I will not start working on your commission until that is paid.PROCESS
- After recieving your order, I'll get back to you with the final price for your commission. You can approve and move forward with the payment or decline!
- I won't get started on your commission until I have received payment. In case of payment plans, I won’t start until the first down payment is submitted.
- You'll receive an update during the sketch phase for any big changes, and another after colors have been finalized! You can ask for corrections up to 3 times on each phase before it costs extra.DURATION
- Your commission can take anywhere from a week to 1 month.
- You may absolutely check in with me if I take more than a month. You are also free to check my trello work queue for consistent updates regarding anything I am completely swamped by or any emergencies that might’ve caused a delay on my side, info regarding your commission progress will also be included in there ! link to trello boardPS: I am a full-time university student and am working on art on the side, which may account for a slightly slower pace sometimes. Do note that it is within your right to ask for updates anytime and expected completion time to manage your own schedule, but please do not rush me if no prior agreements were made regarding the deadline. Please do communicate all your time related concerns and expectations beforehand and i will accommodate you and let you know about any time constraints and limitations on my end as well so we can reach a common ground that works for both of us.🙏NOTE: If the deadline is too close, rush fees may apply.- Once the commission's done, you'll receive your file(s) as a google drive link where you'll be able to download them.USE
-All commissions give you full personal rights to the illustration where you may use it to display your character, as pfp, banner, provide to other artists for reference etc. You may also make slight edits to them after consulting with me.-Commercial Rights (e.g. right to broadcasting, streaming, advertising, content creation and use in mvs with intent to monetize etc.). for basic illustrations come with an additional 40% fee.
(Note that for custom designs made for you from scratch come with commercial rights. You won't have to purchase them seperately.)-Merchandising rights are NOT included in commercial price.Merchandising rights come with an additional 50% fee. If ordering via vgen, you may also purchase merchandising rights for your character either with your order, OR at a later occasion by ordering via this same form, and selecting only the rights to merchandising option. I will then adjust the payment myself to the actual amount due, and you can purchase them after confirming !
